Clario Labs Ltd ("Clario", "we", "us") provides an AI-assisted platform that helps legal, compliance, and procurement teams review documents and flag risk. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Your documents are yours. Each organization's documents are isolated in their own workspace, encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one organization's documents to train models shared with another.
Documents may contain personal or commercially sensitive information. You are responsible for having the appropriate basis to upload and process that content in Clario. We apply role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege practices across our infrastructure.
Risk flagging, redline drafting, and summarization are performed by AI models running on our secured cloud infrastructure. Flags and drafts are decision-support, not legal advice — your team should always have qualified counsel review flagged clauses before relying on them.
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting and analytics), under contracts that require them to protect it, and where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
