These Terms govern your access to and use of the Clario platform provided by Clario Labs Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Clario provides AI-assisted document review, clause-level risk flagging, and redline drafting. Features may change as the product evolves, particularly during the beta period.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate details and are responsible for the documents your organization uploads.
Review before you rely on it. Risk flags, redlines, and summaries are generated by AI and provided as decision-support, not legal advice. Clario does not guarantee the accuracy of any flag or redline, and your team is responsible for having qualified counsel review flagged clauses before signing.
Beta access may be provided free of charge. Paid plans, when introduced, will be described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the redlines you generate. Clario retains all rights to the platform, software, and models. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of Clario will catch every instance of risk in a document.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clario Labs Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
